These garlic fries are crunch salty goodness. Pair them with a thick juicy steak or all by themselves.
Preheat oven to 400ºF.
Using a mandoline or by hand cut potatoes into strips, keeping the skin on. Put in a large bowl. Add oil and salt. Mix to combine. Spray a baking sheet with cooking spray. Line potatoes in the pan in a single layer. Bake for 50 minutes, turning after 20 minutes.
Place butter and garlic in a pan and cook over low heat for about 2 minutes. Add potato, parsley, and Parmesan. Toss to combine. Serve immediately.

Oh, Veronica… you don’t know how happy I am to see these! I LOVE the garlic fries at Gordon Biersch restaurants, but we don’t have one anywhere near us. I only get to eat them when we travel. I cannot wait to try these. They sound just like GB’s version. You rock!
