Delicious and healthy, these Garlic Edamame are the perfect quick side dish to serve with dinner. Simple and easy to make, they are a crowd pleaser.
If using frozen edamame, run under cold water to thaw.
On low heat, combine olive oil and garlic in frying pan. Let garlic and olive oil heat up for about 5 minutes, just until garlic is fragrant, but not brown. Increase heat to medium-high and add edamame to pan. Sauté for about 5 minutes, until edamame is heated through.
Sprinkle with sea salt and sesame seeds before serving.
