These potato balls are easy to make with ingredients you can keep on hand in your pantry. They can be seasoned any way you like.
Open and drain all cans of potatoes. Cut larger potatoes to match the size of the rest. Pat the potatoes as dry as possible with paper towels. Deep fry until golden brown and crispy. As soon as they come out of the fryer, drain on brown paper and put in a 200ºF oven to stay hot. After all potatoes have been fried, toss in the melted butter, salt and pepper and serve immediately. We also like to add dried parsley and garlic powder to the seasoned butter. Add whatever your family likes!

I should have said to use 4 cans of peeled whole potatoes.
