Healthy, French green beans sauteed in garlic, olive oil and Parmesan cheese!
In a large non-stick pan over medium-low heat, add your olive oil and garlic. Saute for one minute on medium low. Add your green beans, garlic powder and salt. Toss and cook until green beans are slightly softened, yet still crisp. This will take about 15-20 minutes on medium low. Add your Parmesan cheese and cashews. Toss everything together until cheese is melted. Serve warm alongside a bed of brown rice and grilled chicken or fish for a really healthy meal! Enjoy!
