I got this recipe from my husband, who is from Guadalajara, Mexico. This is corn on the cob covered with sour cream, sprinkled with cojita cheese and pepper flakes. Delicious!
Cook corn on the cob. Take sour cream and spread generously on all sides of the corn. Sprinkle desired amount of pepper flakes (I prefer more, but you can change to your taste). Then sprinkle generously with cojita cheese on all sides of the corn. Enjoy!
