An easy and delicious medley of summer squashes topped with Swiss cheese. Everyone loves it!
Slice squashes into rounds. Chop onion fine. Layer alternately yellow squash, zucchini and onions.
Sprinkle with salt and pepper and dot each layer with butter.
Place, covered, in 350 degree oven for 25 minutes or until tender.
Remove from oven and place Swiss cheese over top. Return to oven, uncovered, for 5 minutes or until cheese is melted.

Thanks for this quick and tasty recipe. I changed up the cheese to what I had (mozzarella and shaved parmesan reggiano) and it was still turned out.
