Dairy Free Bacon Broccoli Slaw combines smoky, salty, and sweet into one creamy crunchy bite! It’s the perfect side dish for any meal or an easy meal!
Combine dressing ingredients into a smooth sauce.
Combine broccoli slaw, shredded carrots, cashews and cranberries. Mix dressing into veggie mixture, garnish with bacon crumbles and serve!
Notes:
1. I used vegan grapeseed mayo but any mayo will do if you have no egg sensitivities or allergies. Avocado mayo is a great option.
2. If you need to avoid gluten, make sure you use a gluten-free Worcestershire sauce.
