Easy and delicious, this flavorful and healthy cauliflower recipe is a delectable change of pace.
Preheat oven to 425 F. Separate the cauliflower into florets, place florets into a large bowl and set aside.
In a smaller bowl, whisk together the remaining ingredients, except for the cilantro. Pour the dressing over the cauliflower and toss together (don’t use your hands…they will be yellow if you do).
Spread the cauliflower in an even layer onto a large rimmed baking sheet and roast for 25-35 minutes, or until the cauliflower is tender and browned.
Spoon the cauliflower into a serving bowl, sprinkle with cilantro and serve hot.
