A fun cross between broccoli and cauliflower sassed up with some Indian flavor.
Preheat oven to 4000F. Line a baking sheet with foil and grease.
In a shallow bowl, combine breadcrumbs, garlic, cilantro, ginger, curry powder, garam masala, salt and pepper. In another bowl, combine egg and milk and whisk together.
Dip florets first into the egg mixture, coating well, and then into the breadcrumb mixture in batches. Spread out on the baking sheet.
Roast for 25-30 minutes, tossing once.
