An easy side dish that comes together so deliciously you’ll be eating it straight from the pan!
Add the corn kernels to a large pan with the butter and saute on low heat for about 2 minutes. Add the ricotta cheese and continue cooking on low heat for an additional 5 minutes. Add the Parmesan cheese and herbs. Season to taste and pour into a serving bowl. Top with the crumbled bacon.
Makes approximately 2 generous servings.
