Description
Creamy garlic cucumbers
Ingredients
- 3 whole Cucumbers
- ½ cups Mayonnaise
- 1 teaspoon Garlic Salt
- ½ teaspoons Black Pepper
Preparation
Chop ends of cucumber, peel. Dice into quarters.
Add mayo, garlic salt & stir together. Add pepper, stir some more, the pepper makes it look pretty, so don’t over do it… garlic salt to your taste, more or less 1tsp…
This is best served cold, so make it first & stick it in the fridge until the rest of the meal is finished & it makes a great side dish.
