In life, there are green beans … and then there are green beans. These green beans are easy and oh so tasty. Just three ingredients—green beans, bacon, and potatoes—leave you in green bean bliss. It’s fantabulous!
First, please note that the ingredient list above can be modified. You can use more or less of each of the ingredients depending on your taste.
Cut up the bacon into small pieces and fry it up in a large skillet or saucepan.
Once your bacon is good and cooked, add some chopped up, peeled potatoes. Then, on top of the potatoes, pour out your cans of green beans (undrained). Simmer until the potatoes are tender, adding more water along the way if you need to.
This tastes good on its own, but it tastes amazing with a little Cajun seasoning. Beans up!
