This buttery casserole is a fabulous side dish that we eat all the time.
Preheat the oven to 350ºF.
In a large bowl, combine the eggs, milk, 2 tablespoons butter, corn, cheese and ½ cup cracker crumbs. Pour into an 11×7 baking dish. Toss the remaining crumbs and butter. Sprinkle over corn. Bake, uncovered, for 30 minutes.

Really good! Next time, I may add some of those canned fired onions to the topping for a little extra something!

This is really good, but next time I will add more bread crumbs to the mix, to cut down the excess buttery/greasiness.
