Whether it be a birthday, graduation, or the 4th of July, these potatoes are perfect for when company comes over. They are quick, easy, and always delicious!
Preheat oven to 350 F.
Combine cream of chicken soup, sour cream, cheddar cheese, onion, salt and pepper in a large mixing bowl. Add frozen hash brown potatoes and mix until the potatoes are coated.
Put potato/cheese mixture into a 9×13 baking dish and bake for 45 minutes.
Mix melted butter with corn flake crumbs.
After 45 minutes, spread the corn flake/butter mixture over the potatoes and bake for another 10 minutes.
