Super easy—you can use this recipe for any vegetables of your choice.
1. Cut up vegetables to the same-sized pieces, preferably bite-sized (nothing is more annoying than having an enormous piece of broccoli that you have to cut up on your plate). Suggestions: broccoli, cauliflower, carrots, mushrooms, pea pods. Tip: many grocery stores carry pre-cut up vegetable mixes that you can use.
2. Heat pan until pan is VERY HOT—drops of water will ‘dance’ when sprinkled on the pan.
3. Add peanut oil and swirl to coat the pan.
4. Stir fry the veggies until desired softness (about 5-8 minutes). If some vegetables take longer to fry (e.g. carrots), start with them first and then add the others.
5. Stir in teriyaki sauce and sesame oil.
Enjoy!
