Easy go to for a potluck or last minute dinner! Whenever I make it my friends can’t stop going back for more. Delicious side dish or add chicken or ham to make it a meal.
(Get the picture, cheezy potatoes)
Mix together all ingredients.
Place in a casserole.
Bake at 350 for 60 minutes.
(This recipe can also be made ahead of time. It will keep in the fridge for 24 hours.)

Yeah, we’ve eaten this one for years, too! If you hadn’t posted it, I would have! This is my husband’s most requested dish of all the things I’ve ever made for him in the last 28 years. We use cornflake crumbs on top of ours.

My Mom has made this for years… It is soo good. It’s not a holiday or a family get together without this. It’s the best potato casserole there is.. Try it with crunched up Frosted flakes or potato chips on top. Just add in the last 5 minutes of baking. The sugary frosted flakes give it just the right amount of sweet with the salty!!
