Cheesy Potato Heaven

Turn oven on 400ºF. Spray the baking sheet with nonstick spray.

Wash and slice the potatoes to your preferred thickness. Place one layer of potatoes on the baking sheet, sprinkle with the dried oregano, salt and pepper, and place in the oven. Cook until tender, about 20 minutes, depending on the thickness of the slices. Take the potatoes out of the oven and sprinkle with mozzarella cheese and return to the oven until cheese is melted, about 5 minutes more. Serve the delicious goodness to your family!!
