I am not a huge fan of cauliflower, but this recipes makes it sweet and tasty! Yellow cauliflower is sweeter then white!
In a 12″ skillet over medium heat, add olive oil, cauliflower, walnuts and sage. Cook for 2 minutes, stirring occasionally, add salt and black pepper and continue to cook, stirring occasionally, until all of the cauliflower is browned and crisp-tender, 6 to 7 minutes more.
Remove the pan from the heat. Add apples and gently toss to combine and warm the apples. Season to taste with more salt. Serve hot or at room temperature.
