This is a great vegetable side for any Asian-influenced meal.
Over medium to medium-high heat, steam snow peas with 1/4 cup of water in a large, uncovered sauté pan. Allow water to evaporate completely, about 10-15 minutes.
Turn heat to low and toss peas with butter and candied ginger. Allow butter to melt and toss to coat. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
Serve immediately.
