So easy, and your taste buds will love you!
Place carrots in pot of boiling water for 30 minutes or until tender.
Drain and return to pot, turn heat to low. Add butter & brown sugar, stir until melted and carrots are well coated.
Enjoy!

These were totally awesome – a big hit with both myself and the husband. I used carrot medallions instead of baby carrots, and added some more brown sugar, since the carrots aren’t as sweet as baby carrots, but this is definitely a recipe I’m keeping!
