Bruleed potatoes are a creamy, cheesy, decadent, hash brown side dish that is baked and then broiled to golden perfection.
Preheat oven to 350ºF.
In a large bowl, mix all ingredients. The mixture should be slightly runny—add more heavy cream if needed.
Transfer mixture to an oven safe baking dish and bake for 30 minutes. Turn the oven to broil and broil until the top is golden brown, about 2–3 minutes.
Remove from oven and allow to cool before serving.
