Broccoli, bacon, and golden raisins! What more do you need?
In a large bowl, combine bite-size broccoli florets, raisins, chopped onion, chopped nuts, and crumbled bacon. In a separate bowl, combine mayonnaise, sugar, and vinegar. Mix well. Store both in the refrigerator until you’re just about read to eat. Pour the dressing on the broccoli and serve!
Note: I frequently use more vinegar and less mayo because I like it more tart. You can also substitute some of the mayo with low-fat sour cream.

This salad is always a hit. We use hulled sunflower seeds in lieu of pecans or walnuts. Once I even used hulled pistachio nuts when sunflower seeds were sold out (very pricey though!) Thanks for sharing this with those who haven’t tried it yet. It’s a must-have for salad and/or broccoli lovers.
