Quick, delicious, 30 calorie side dish.
Cut out core of a head of green cabbage, slice into 1 to 1 1/2 inch thick wedges. Place in pan with parsley, sugar, stock or broth, and black pepper. Cover and cook over moderate heat for about twelve minutes, basting occasionally.
When cabbage is nearly done, sprinkle with 1/2 teaspoon caraway seeds. Serve with pan juices and rice vinegar (optional).
