A super delicious side dish to go with chicken or seafood. It is full of fiber and nutrients, and of course, bacon!
In a medium skillet, cook the bacon until soft. Pull out and set aside the bacon. Use the bacon grease to cook the garlic and onion until tender.
Drain the cans of white beans and dump into the skillet. Add the bacon and heat until warm.
When the beans are heated through, add the spinach and cook until just wilted.
Serve immediately.
