Vegetable side dishes get a face lift with these Balsamic Roasted Green Beans! Balsamic vinegar, red onion, almonds, and dried cherries give these beans a fun twist that everyone will love!
Preheat oven to 350ºF.
Place green beans in a single layer in a baking dish. In a small bowl, whisk together balsamic vinegar, olive oil, salt and pepper. Pour over green beans. Sprinkle on slivered almonds. Place in the oven and cook for 25 minutes.
Once cooked, top green beans with red onion and dried cherries. Serve warm.
