This recipe has been around for ages and is still absolutely delicious and easy. A plain baked potato will never be the same once you try this. My husband hates sour cream, but he loves this wonderful sauce.
Bake your potatoes as normal.
Mix sour cream and mushroom soup together. Be sure you mix it well. Pop in the microwave for about 4 minutes. Serve over baked potatoes. This stuff is addicting.
