This rich, buttery corn casserole is a real treat.
Mix all ingredients together and spread in a 13×9 pan. Bake at 350F for about 45 minutes.
This is super rich, but it is a nice treat every once in a while. We like it at Thanksgiving!

I’ve made a version of this (less butter and half the corn) for over 25 years. We call it Cindy’s Corn Casserole after the old neighbor in Dublin, OH who gave us the recipe. My grown kids now make it for their friends at holidays.

This is a great dish. I have had this same recipe for years. I always make a double batch, because it goes so fast. You can make it with fresh corn cut from the cob.
