Perfect side dish to a summer BBQ! Beans, bacon, onions…seriously what could be better? A 3 bean dish that is hearty enough for a meal in itself. A summer favorite in our home.
Pre-heat oven to 350 degrees
In saute pan, add ground sirloin, diced bacon, and onion together and cook until ground beef is no longer pink. Drain excess fat and set aside.
In the meantime, combine all the beans, sugars, ketchup, and powdered mustard, and stir until well combined. Add beef, bacon, onion mixture to the bean mixture and stir to combine.
Pour into a 9×13 inch baking dish and bake for 60-75 minutes until bubbly and just starting to caramelize.
