For those times when you want flavor without all the grease.
Preheat the oven to 450ºF.
Once your potatoes are sliced thin, pat the slices dry with a paper towel. Line a baking sheet with aluminum foil and spray the foil with olive oil spray. Lay the potato slices down in a single layer (touching is fine) across the pan. Spray the tops of the potatoes with olive oil spray. Sprinkle your seasonings over the potatoes.
Bake for 15-20 minutes, until edges are browned and the potatoes are crispy. Store in an airtight container.
