Asparagus with bold flavors!!
In a small frying pan over medium low heat add 1 tablespoon of olive oil. When oil is hot add the sliced garlic. Fry garlic chips until lightly brown on both sides then remove it from the pan onto a paper lined plate and sprinkle with salt.
Steam asparagus in a shallow saute pan in a small amount of simmering water for 2-3 minutes (depending on width of the asparagus) or until just tender and bright green. Remove it to a serving dish. Sprinkle with the goat cheese and garlic chips. Drizzle with olive oil and serve immediately.
