Simplicity at its finest.
Melt butter in a saucepan over medium high heat. Add shallots to the pan and saute for a minute or two, until soft and fragrant (it’s the best smell ever)!
Add asparagus to the pan and cook, stirring every so often to keep from burning, until cooked through and slightly golden brown on the outside. Add peas and saute just a few minutes longer until peas cooked.
Stir in honey until well mixed.
Serve as a side, on a salad, with hummus, in risotto, on pizza, or any way you can think of!
