A great side dish with ham, pork or chicken.
Preheat oven to 375ºF.
In a 9x12x3 inch baking dish, add apple juice, sliced apples (I use a mandoline to slice apples), cinnamon, and nutmeg. Gently stir. Add cheddar cheese evenly across the top and cover with aluminum foil.
Bake 15 minutes. Remove foil and bake uncovered for an additional 5 minutes to crisp up the top of the cheese.
We love this served with a pork roast. Hope you’ll enjoy!
