Wonderful creamy cheese dip to die for.
Put your cream cheese into a crock pot (I started mine on high) with your can of Rotel. (To feel better about myself, I used two regular blocks of cream cheese and two fat free blocks.) Stir together and put the lid on the crock pot.
Fry up your sausage in a skillet over medium heat. Cook thoroughly. Drain the excess grease off and place sausage in the crock pot with the rest of the ingredients. Stir together.
Once the cheese begins to melt, turn your temperature down to low. It should be ready for dipping (I like the “Scoops” tostitos for this dip) in about 20-30 minutes.

I have never made queso with cream cheese!! This looks yummy!!!
