Description

I put this in a crock pot and it stays warm the entire game. Not that it lasts the entire game. So good!

Ingredients

  • 8 ounces, weight Cream Cheese, Softened
  • 1 jar (16 Oz. Jar) Prepared Alfredo Sauce
  • 10 ounces, weight Frozen Spinach (defrosted And Drained)
  • 1 can (12-14 Oz. Can) Artichokes (Use Marinated For Extra Flavor)
  • 1 clove Garlic, Minced Or Grated
  • 6 strips Bacon, Fried Crisp And Crumbled
  • 2 cups Shredded Mozzarella Cheese
  • ½ cups Parmasean Cheese Blend

Preparation

With an electric mixer, combine cream cheese and alfredo sauce until smooth. Stir in spinach, roughly chopped artichokes, garlic, bacon, and cheeses. Salt and pepper to taste. You can add more cheese or less cheese depending on how thick and gooey you like the dip.

Put in a baking dish and bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes. Or do what I do: put the mixture in a small crock pot and set it on medium- high heat for a couple of hours, stirring occasionally.

Serve with your favorite tortilla chips or crusty bread.
