A bit spicy, with a tangy touch sure to be everyone’s favorite!
Cut sausages in ¼-inch thick pieces and boil until grease is cooked out, approximately 20 minutes. While sausage is boiling, mix all ingredients together in a crock pot and start to heat it up. After sausages are done, remove and drain all the liquid and place sausages into the crock pot and cook for a minimum of 2 hours. I prefer to let it sit in the sauce overnight, after it gets heated up, to get really good flavor soaked in. Then, heat in the crock pot for 2-3 hours.
We serve this with Town House or Club crackers. It’s very easy to double this recipe and if you double it, it will easily fill a large crock pot!
