This is a favorite and I am always asked to bring it to picnics, potlucks, work, etc. It is very meaty and cheesy.
Brown the beef, drain the fat, and mix the taco seasoning as instructed on package.
Brown the hot sausage and drain the fat.
Cut up Velveeta into cubes.
Add cooked ground beef, cooked sausage, Velveeta, and Rotel to crockpot.
Cook at desired temperature until all melty and gooey.
Serve with chips, veggies, or on top of hot dogs.

LOVED IT! Such a hit at our new years party that I made it again for poker night:)
Super easy and it goes a long way.

Wow! Yum! This was a bit of a different take on how I usually do my cheese and Rotel dip but I have found a new favorite with this recipe. The hot sausage added just the right kick. No one could stop eating it! Thanks for the wonderful recipe.
