Did you know you can make all-purpose flour into bread flour? It’s way, way easy.
Just add one tablespoon of vital wheat gluten (or gluten flour) per cup of all-purpose flour to your recipe as part of the flour measurement. That’s all!

This saved our dinner last night. First attempt at a new recipe was a disaster, threw the dough away. Found a new, fast one, but it took bread flour. THANKS for the great tip, it work SO WELL!

I get vital wheat gluten at Walmart in the baking aisle. Near the flour section.
