Marlboro Man has his favorites and so does Lily! This is a healthy and flavorful treat to make for your beloved dog. Lily is very picky and gobbles these right up. This also makes a nice gift if you put them in a clear cellophane bag with a ribbon and a tag. Dogs have to eat, too!
Preheat oven to 300 degrees. In a medium bowl, dissolve bouillon in water. Add remaining ingredients, stirring until well blended. On a lightly floured surface, use a floured rolling pin and roll out dough in 1/4 of an inch or so thickness. You can use cookie cutters to cut into shapes. I like to cut them into little triangular scone shapes. It’s a consistent shape and goes very quickly. Place on a greased cookie sheet with a little space apart and bake for 30 minutes or until firm. Let cool and place in an airtight container. This yields about 6 dozen small doggie biscuits. You should keep these in the refrigerator to make them last longer because of the bacon bits! Your dog will love you!

Ok, I’m wondering if there is a typo in the recipe. I made it as written, and it’s pretty much just dry flour…I’m going to have to try adding some more liquid.

Thanks for sharing. I have two picky Shibas. I can’t wait to give these a try. Lily is such a cute little princess monster beast.

My goodness- a picky PUG?? I have never heard of such a thing, mine would eat anything and probably continue until he was ill.
