A perfect, all American, recipe for cheese dip. Perfect for tailgating! Goes great with my “Homemade Jarlsberg Crackers” – see my TastyKitchen recipe box for the recipe.
1. Combine all ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth. Taste and adjust with salt.
2. Refrigerate overnight or for at least several hours before serving. Serve with Jarlsberg crackers.
Makes 1 1/2 cups.
