Paneer is used in variety of curry or sweet dishes.
Boil the milk. When the milk boils, add the vinegar. When the milk curdles fully, turn off the gas and keep aside for 5 minutes.
Pour mixture on to a cotton/muslin cloth and tie it with a tight knot. Put a heavy weight on it to drain the remaining water and make the paneer firm (drain for at least 2 hours). You can shape the paneer any way you want.
