Healthy honey almond granola!
Preheat oven to 350ºF and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
In a medium bowl, combine oats,chopped almonds, and cinnamon. Set aside.
In a small sauce pan, add honey and butter and set over medium heat until butter is melted. Add to dry ingredients and mix until fully combined.
Spread oat mixture evenly on the baking sheet and bake for 15–20 minutes, stirring oats around every 6 minutes to prevent black burnt edges!
Take granola out of the oven and let cool completely before storing in an airtight container for up to 6–7 days.
