Make this plain yogurt at home. It’s healthy for you and easy to make and doesn’t have any preservatives.
Gradually bring milk to boil in the pot (190 to 195 degrees F). Reduce heat and simmer for 3 minutes. Remove from heat and cool to 110 to 115 degrees F.
Add homemade or store-brought yogurt and stir well. Allow to stand for at least 8 hours in warm place. Do not move while resting. Refrigerate overnight before serving.
Note: I like to keep this inside the oven, so that it’s warm and nobody moves it.

Question, do you think this would work with Lactaid milk? My kids and I are lactose intolerant.
Just don’t want to waste the milk, it you don’t think so…
