I brush garlic oil on homemade pizza crust, pasta salad and meats. It’s easy to make!
Separate, peel and clean all of the cloves from roughly 2 bulbs of garlic . You can use more to suit your personal taste. Divide between 2 containers – I use 2 , 1-quart mason jars.
Pour 1 quart olive oil into each container, making sure garlic is submerged. Cover and refrigerate. Let sit for 10 days, then remove garlic.
I store the leftover garlic in the fridge and use it for cooking.
Store oil in refrigerator. Brush on homemade pizza crust or meat, or drizzle on pasta salads or spaghetti.
