Homemade Baking Mix for pancakes, biscuits, dumplings, coffee cake, kid lunch, family dinner—the possibilities are endless.
Blend all ingredients in a food processor until butter is fully incorporated. Alternatively you can blend butter in with a pastry cutter.
Store in fridge if using withing a couple weeks. Otherwise, store in freezer.
