Here’s a quick and easy substitute for whipped cream.
Fold sour cream into Cool Whip. Tadah!
The sour cream cuts the sweetness of the Cool Whip so it taste more like whipped cream. You can use in or on desserts, or salads. This recipe probably cuts some calories too.
Hint: To use in a piping bag, fill bag and place in freezer for 30 minutes – 1 hour. This allows it to set so it will have better form as it is piped.
