Easy homemade almond coffee creamer. Use skim milk to make it light or make it decadent with heavy cream.
Use skim milk, whole milk, half-and-half or heavy cream; make it your way. Combine ingredients in a mason jar, shake to combine. Add to fresh brewed coffee for delish creamy almond coffee.
I use plain unsweetened Almond Breeze Almond Milk and (on special occasions) heavy cream! Experiment with other milks and extracts. How about coconut milk with chocolate extract?

Haven’t tried making almond milk.

Well, this recipe really gets my interest…..now to make it from my own almond milk, dry milk powder/water, stevia, and of course the almond extract (one of my favorite flavors). Oh, that probably doesn’t sound so good, but I’ll make it tasty!!
So thank you, tjn!!!

Yes, just recently tried it and I love almond milk. Coconut milk is great in ice cream so next I’ll try almond ice cream. Thinking about using it in almond cookies!

Isn’t the almond milk terrific?
I’ve been drinking Dark Chocolate Almond Milk made by Silk. I use both Silk soy or almond milk in smoothies with protein powder and anything I find in the kitchen – including pumpkin puree, apples, bananas, chocolate syrup, etc.
Buying premade coffee creamer bothers me because of the “fake” ingredients. I will try making coffee creamer as you suggested. Great idea.
