Great way to use up some of your cukes from the garden!
Makes approx. 10 Pints
Put all ingredients in large bowl with lid and let stand overnight in fridge.
When ready to can, strain cukes, reserving liquid. In pot, put liquid on stove top and heat till hot. Fill hot jars with cukes and add hot liquid, wipe jars edges to make sure clean. put warm lids and rings on tightly.
Process in hot water boil bath for 20 minutes.
