This is an easy, no-peel recipe for Grape Jam that you’ll love!
Prepare canning jars.
Add grapes, sugar and lemon juice into a large pot. Over medium heat, stir to combine. Insert immersion blender below surface and blend to desired consistency. Stir often, skimming off foam when needed. Boil until mixture reaches 220°F and/or passes the freezer test.
Ladle jam into jars, leaving 1/4 inch headspace. Wipe off rims with a clean damp cloth. Top with lids and process for 10 minutes. Transfer to towels to cool.
Label and date.
