Our family loves this version of frozen corn. It is so good to eat in the middle of winter.
Blanch corn and cut from cobs.
Put in a large roasting pan and add half-and-half and cubed butter.
Bake for one hour at 325 F. Stir every 15 minutes.
Let cool and freeze in freezer containers.

Is this the “creamed corn” that is available in cans at the grocer or is “cream corn” different?
