From picnics to cook-outs, the perfect refrigerator pickle to accompany all of your summer favorites.
1. Thinly slice cucumbers and onions. Add enough water to cover and stir in salt. Soak cucumbers and onions in salt water for two hours.
2. Drain and rinse cucumbers and onions. Add vinegar, sugar and pickle juice. Refrigerate until ready to serve. May be refrigerated in airtight container up to two months.
